According to medieval manuscripts, King Smbat Bagratuni was cured from a bee sting after drinking this very blend — a testament to its revered healing power.

Handed down through generations, the recipe combines elderflower — celebrated in Mediterranean folk medicine for its health-promoting properties — with calming linden blossoms to support digestion, improve memory through gentle relaxation, and lift the mood.

Brewing Ritual

• 2 teaspoons per cup into a teapot
• Steep for 20 minutes in freshly boiled water
• Strain and serve hot — or enjoy chilled over ice

Naturally smooth and aromatic, SANAHIT needs no sugar. For a more luxurious finish is recommended to brew it for a 12 hours, then strain and adding the 100 ml hot water into the 100 ml of Sanahin infusion. A touch of honey is recommended.
